All illustrations, paintings and linoleum pictures on this website www.pissenlit-art.com are protected by copyright. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the copyright lies with Pissenlit, Manon Nicolas. Please contact me if you wish to use the contents of this website.

Anyone who violates copyright law (e.g. copies illustrations without authorisation) is liable to prosecution under §§ 106 ff UrhG (German Copyright Act) and will also be warned with costs and must pay compensation (§ 97 UrhG).

Website language

I write my website in English, I also speak French and German but for reasons of ease of communication I have decided to describe everything in English. All terms and conditions written on my website are based on German law, as Pissenlit, Manon Nicolas is based in Germany.

Exclusive Pissenlit shop

All the products in my shop are exclusive Pissenlit products, available for sale only on my website. Except for 25 small Madame Rouge cards currently on sale for €5 in Artomate Nürnberg. The prices of my items can be changed at any time without your knowledge.

Right of cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days by completing the cancellation form.

Sample form:

Please send it to me by e-mail to pissenlit.contact@gmail.com and return the products to me (delivery costs are on you). All returned items should be sent back to me in their original condition together with their original packaging.

Product photos

Linoleum posters and illustrations may vary from the photos on my shop, although I try to give you an image that best matches my product. The colour can vary due to the screen, I use mockups to put them in situations but these are fictitious reproductions of interiors.

The linoleum prints are all hand printed, the stencil may have changed as well as the colour print. They are therefore all unique and different, which is why the photos that show them represent one copy only.

Thank you for your comprehension, I try despite everything to present you in the best conditions.

Mockups

I use mockups on my site and in my shop to represent my products. These photos represent fictitious interiors and the dimensions of the posters may vary and do not always represent their real size.

The mockups are mostly bought, you will find mockups of Siga Siga Mockup, SemmDesignStudio, Wasmockups, Leonkamockups, Nordlystudio and Heymockups.

Personalized illustration

The full payment is required before I begin creating your personalized illustration. Prices start at €40, excluding delivery costs, and may vary depending on the options you select.

The estimated creation time is approximately 10 days, but this may vary depending on the level of demand. I always aim to create as quickly as possible, but please note that this is an estimate and not a guaranteed timeframe.

While I do my best to prepare and ship your order promptly, I am not responsible for delivery times. Based on experience, shipping usually takes around 7 days within Germany and up to 10 days within European Union. If your order is delayed, please contact the shipping company directly.

You will send your reference images either via Google Form or email. By sending them, you agree that they may be used solely for the purpose of creating your illustration. All submitted images will be permanently deleted from my folders after your order is completed.

Other

You may find spelling mistakes on my website, I apologise in advance. You can't be an artist and a poet ;) Or at least I'm working on it.
